PNSB Staff hold Zumba madness on Thursdays

PNSB staff greeted 2019 with a new lifestyle resolution. The physical fitness program which started last December is continued this year.

This January, every Thursday of each week is tagged as the “fitness day” for PNSB staff. The workout routines begin at 3:00 pm ‘til 4:20 pm. A flexible time was arranged so that everyone can attend the workout. The exercise is a cardiovascular exercise guide that was taken from youtube, It proved to offer numerous benefits like increase heart muscle strength, improve cholesterol, good for stress reduction, lower blood pressure, mood and self-esteem boost, weight control, and improve sleep.

The GAD focal person, Dr. Lennie Maneja hoped to find more resources to make every staff mad to be fit.
