Transparency Board

Ensuring Accountability in the Use of School MOOE

Pursuant to RA 9485 (Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007), all public elementary and secondary schools are required to post information on the sources, intended use and actual utilization of school funds in the transparency board that must be publicly accessible and updated every three months as mandated by Republic Act 9485 (Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007).

RA 3562 — AN ACT TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE BLIND IN THE PHILIPPINES 

Philippine National School for the Blind was established under RA 3562 –AN ACT TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE BLIND IN THE PHILIPIPINES. it is stated that this institution shall established under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a residential school for the blind near the City of Manila, which shall known as the Philippine National School for the Blind. Said school shall furnish instruction to the blind in the elementary level. However, through the years, the school grew exponentially, and it is now catering to learners with visual impairment from Kindergarten to Senior High School. Along with Special Programs like MDVI, Transition Program and the Alternative Learning System. RA 3562 –AN ACT TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE BLIND IN THE PHILIPIPINES
