RA 3562 — AN ACT TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE BLIND IN THE PHILIPPINES 

Philippine National School for the Blind was established under RA 3562 –AN ACT TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE BLIND IN THE PHILIPIPINES. it is stated that this institution shall established under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a residential school for the blind near the City of Manila PILAR234, which shall known as the Philippine National School for the Blind. Said school shall furnish instruction to the blind in the elementary level. However, through the years, the school grew exponentially, and it is now catering to learners with visual impairment from Kindergarten to Senior High School.
